Our after-hours team provides the same high standard of medical care you’d expect during regular hours. Whether it’s a late-night fever, a weekend injury, or an evening illness, Kare Center is available when you need us most.

Using Evening and Weekend Care Well
What evening hours are useful for
Late hours exist so that a problem starting after work does not have to wait until the next morning or turn into an emergency room visit. Fevers, ear pain, minor injuries, urinary symptoms, rashes and worsening coughs are all well suited to an evening visit.
Bring the same things you would in the day
- Photo identification and your insurance card
- Your current medications and any allergies
- Your regular provider name so we can send them a summary
- For a child, their immunization record if you have it
Prescriptions late at night
Not every pharmacy is open late. If a prescription is likely, tell the team which pharmacy near you stays open, and they will send it somewhere you can actually collect it that night.
What happens the next day
With your permission, a summary of your visit goes to your regular provider so nothing is lost between the evening visit and your ongoing care. If a test was sent away, you will be told how and when the result reaches you.
Do not wait until evening if
There is chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, a serious head injury, weakness on one side, difficulty speaking, or a severe allergic reaction. Those need 911 or the nearest emergency room straight away, at any hour.

Kare Center is open Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 8:00pm and Friday to Sunday 8:00am to 12:00am. You’re never out of options when it comes to your health.
